1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Cancellation Requests:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
sellers or merchants on our Platform and shipping has commenced, or if the product is out for
delivery. However, you may reject the delivery at your doorstep, causing the item to be
returned to the seller. The return will then be processed per our return policy. Please note that
shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
2.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report this to our customer service
team within 7 days of receipt of the products. The request will be entertained once the
seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the issue at their end.
2.2 Resolution:
If the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it
to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer
service team, after reviewing your complaint, will take an appropriate decision regarding
replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Approval:
In case of any refunds approved by our team, the process will be initiated within 15 to 30 days
of the approval decision. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used
during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due
to a defect or error on our part.
