Cancellations:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before the product has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

Returns:

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines and health supplements, we only accept returns if the product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at harcworld@gmail.com with photos of the damaged/incorrect product.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 7-10 working days.
